RI-Austria discuss Bilateral Relations

Indonesia Austria and strengthen bilateral relations in all areas. Bilateral consultations between the two countries will also be conducted regularly. This is one of the important results kick off the meeting the two countries.

Both parties also agreed to complete the pending documents related to the economy, the draft Agreement on Economic and Industrial Cooperation and draft Agreement on Promotion and Protection of Investment.

In the field of social culture, both parties welcomed the breakthrough of cooperation through the exchange of the diplomatic, scholars of Indonesia to Austria and also a seminar / symposium recently performed with the theme "State, Law and Religion in Pluralistic Societies: English and Austrian Perspectives."

Indonesia said that cooperation in this field is a new adhesive in bilateral relations between both countries. Austria deliver its commitment to continue cooperation in the field of Interfaith dialogue. Next year according to plan similar symposium will be held alternately in the two countries.
