BUSINESS INFORMATION - Draft amendments to the Law on Capital Market securities companies prohibit run business along with business investment managers (MI) or as products of mutual funds.
The Chairman of the Association of Mutual Funds India (APRDI), Abiprayadi Riyanto in Jakarta on Friday.
Abiprayadi added, the purpose of the amendment is to apply the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the capital markets industry, including mutual funds and company effects.
Abiprayadi optimistic separation business with the company MI effect will not reduce the number of mutual funds.
