BUSINESS INFORMATION -Thailand's benchmark SET index
. SETI fell 0.05 percent at 652.85 at 0505 GMT on Tuesday,
after gaining 3.4 percent during the three days.

Stocks move include:

MINOR MINT.BK, AOT.BK AIRPORT, THAI AIR JUMP THAI.BK

Thai hotel and restaurant company rose 4 percent to
10.4 baht. It jumped to 10.6 baht, the highest since October 6,
2008, in morning trading amid expectations of recovery in
tourism sector which will enhance the hotel business.

Shares in the country's main airport operator, Airports of
Thailand, rose 2.7 percent to 38.25 baht and the national airline
Thai Airways rose 6.4 percent to 18.3 baht.

Merchant Partners broker expects Thai Airways to turn to the net
profits in the third quarter and that profits will rise further
in the fourth quarter as the tourism sector into high
season.

Thai Air suffered a net loss 5.4 billion baht ($ 159
million) in the second quarter.

AIS ADVA.BK AT 3-WEEK LOW, EX-DIVIDEND

Shares in top mobile phone operator Advanced Info Service
fell 3.1 percent to 87 baht, having hit 86 baht, their lowest
since July 31 when they traded ex-dividend. Has said it will
pay a dividend of 3 baht per share during the first half.

SHIN CORP SHIN.BK HITS 1-YEAR HIGH

Shares in telecommunications group rose 3.5 percent to 23.8
baht, after rising earlier to 23.9 baht, the highest since August
25, 2008.

An official in the Shin Corp said on Monday that the plan by
Singapore's Temasek Holdings [TEM.UL] to sell stock
Thai companies will depend on market conditions.

This plan was followed by an investor may
to increase the volume of Shin's shares trade on the market.
Some analysts see the stock as a good proxy for Thailand's
telecommunications sector but said the free float of below 4 per cent is
trade risk.
