BUSINESS INFORMATION - NI acquisition segment JORR Kebon Jeruk-Penjaringan PT Nusantara Infrastructure (NI) acquires PT Jakarta Lingkar West One (JLB), which manages toll Jakarta Outer Ring Road segment Kebon Jeruk-Penjaringan (JORR W1) with the value of the project Rp2, 3 trillion.

President of NI, M Ramdani Basri, said in Jakarta Thursday, NI is now 25 percent ownership of the JLB and the rest occupied by PT Bangun Cipta Sarana of 55 percent and PT Jasa Marga (JSMR) 20 percent.

Ramdani assert that the acquisition of this toll road is one of the corporate strategy to improve the performance of corporate growth strategies through non-organic, in addition to organic methods.

Kebon Jeruk toll segment-Penjaringan or known by the name of W1 along the 10 km is currently been by JLB, which is a toll road that will connect to Soekarno Hatta Airport.

Value toll JORR W1 is Rp2, with 3 trillion financed by syndicated bank Rp1, 5 trillion and the rest through equity, by which shareholders JLB.

Director of this major reveal that 25 per cent for the deposit of funds have been around Rp220 billion coming from internal.

Ramdani assert that the stock takeovers toll W1 is the realization of the plan's previous takeovers.

If the acquisition is complete the NI will have four toll road, the road toll-Jakarta Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) along the 7.25 km, Bosowa toll segment along the 5.95-km toll road segment Toll Session Four ( JTSE) along 11.7 km of new operations and September months ago JORR W1.

With the acquisition JORR W1, company is targeting revenue of this segment is worth Rp200 billion per year with the number of vehicles 80-90 thousand units per day.
