BUSINESS INFORMATION - Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati, since the beginning of September 2009 until now have defined sanctions freezing the eight business licenses public accountants (AP) and a public accounting firm (KAP).

AP Drs. Basyiruddin Nur, has been subject to sanctions freeze for three months because that is not fully comply with relevant Auditing Standards (SA) - Public Accountant Professional Standards (SPAP) in the implementation of a general audit of the consolidated financial statements PT. Datascrip and Subsidiaries fiscal year 2007, which was considered potentially significant influence on Independent Auditors' Report.

Other auditors AP Drs. Hans Burhanuddin Makarao sanctions imposed by KMK Number: 1124/KM.1/2009 September 9, 2009. The relevant sanctions freeze for three months due to not fully comply with the SA - SPAP in the implementation of the general audit of the financial statement of PT. Samcon fiscal year 2008, which was considered potentially significant influence on Independent Auditors' Report.

Sanction was also given to the AP Drs. Dadi Muchidin through KMK Number: 1140/KM.1/2009 September 4, 2009. The relevant sanctions freeze for three months because of KAP Drs. Dadi has Muchidin, SE has been frozen so that in accordance with the provisions of Article 71 paragraph (3) Regulation of the Minister of Finance that AP licenses suspended if the Chief KAP KAP business licenses suspended.

Other auditors KAP Drs. Dadi Muchidin through KMK Number: 1103/KM. 1 / 2009 dated 4 September 2009, with the sanction of freezing for three months because of KAP has been penalized as much warning 3 (three) times within a period of 48 (forty eight) months and until now, the KAP Drs. Dadi still Muchidin subsequent offense that is not submitting annual reports Takwin KAP in 2008.

Additionally Matias KAP Zakaria through KMK Number: 1117/KM.1/2009 September 7, 2009, for three months because of KAP has been penalized as much warning 3 (three) times within a period of 48 (forty eight) months and until now, KAP Drs. Zachariah was Matthias subsequent offense that is not submitting the annual report Takwin KAP years 2007 and 2008.

Sanski also given to KAP Drs. Soejono through KMK Number: 1118/KM.1/2009 September 7, 2009, for three months because of KAP has been penalized as much warning 3 (three) times within a period of 48 (forty eight) months and until now, KAP Drs. Soejono subsequent offense still is not submitting annual reports Takwin KAP years 2005 to 2008.

Ministry of Finance also set penalties for KAP Drs. Abdul Azis B. through KMK Number: 1119/KM.1 / 2009 September 7, 2009, for three months because of KAP has been subject to sanctions warning three times within 48 (forty eight) months and until now, the KAP Drs. Abdul Azis B. subsequent offense still is not submitting annual reports Takwin KAP years 2005, 2007, and 2008.

Sanction was also given to KAP Drs. M. Isjwara through KMK Number: 1120/KM.1/2009 September 7, 2009, for three months, because of KAP has been subject to sanctions warning three times within 48 (forty eight) months and until now, the KAP Drs. M. Isjwara subsequent offense still is not submitting annual reports Takwin KAP years 2007 and 2008.
