BUSINESS INFORMATION - The second round of bidding for Iraq oil contracts will be held in December parliamentary elections scheduled next month, the country's oil minister said Wednesday.
The next offering is scheduled to take place "in the first half of December," Minister Hussein al-Shahristani, told reporters when he arrived in Vienna on Wednesday night for the meeting OPEC oil producers.
Reports earlier said the second round of bidding scheduled for November.
