BUSINESS INFORMATION - PT Kereta Api (KA) to bring steam trains from the station Ambarawa, Semarang regency, Central Java, to the Jebres Station, Solo City, Thursday.

A series of steam train consisting of one Series C 1218 locomotive and two passenger cars with TR Series TR 144 and 16, were imported from Ambarawa using three trucks.

Head of PT KA DAOP VI Yogyakarta, Rustam Harahap said, the arrival of a steam train is part of PT KA cooperation with the Government of Surakarta to revive the 5.6 kilometer long track which connects with Station Station City Purwosari Sangkrah.
