China's economy grew 7.9 percent during second quarter 2009, the government said, on Thursday, the inversion for the main strength of Asia is driven by a large stimulus package.

Economic growth in the third largest in the world is again an increase after growing only 6.1 percent in the first quarter of this year, which is the lowest growth for more than a decade.

Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew 7.1 percent of China during the first semester of 2009 compared to the same period the previous year, said the National Bureau of Statistics.

This put China back on track to achieve the objective to grow 8.0 percent for one year, in the middle of the world financial crisis, although the government still many who toil away in front.

Before the economic crisis of the world wait years ago, China's growth to reach two digits from 2003 to 2007.

Government in November pour stimulus package worth four trillion yuan (580 billion U.S. dollars), which provides a surprising result.

China's fixed asset investment in urban areas, the requirements for government infrastructure spending, increased 33.6 percent during the first semester of 2009 compared to the same period the previous year, the bureau said.

Investment in fixed assets in urban areas rose 35.3 percent during June compared to the same period the previous year, according to the bureau.

Meanwhile, the consumer price index, the main factor of inflation, decreased 1.7 percent during June compared to the same month last year, a decline that continues to occur from May anjlok 1.4 percent, the bureau said.

However, the analysts say inflation can quickly create a reversal and provides problems for China's economic planning.

Consumer price index rose 5.9 percent during 2008, but weakened significantly because of the crisis the world economy slow down China.

China's industrial production, which illustrate the activities of billions of factory and home industry, rose 9.1 percent in second quarter 2009 from the previous year, the bureau said.

During June, industrial production rose 10.7 percent and 7.0 percent for the first semester of 2009.
