Sales of new homes in U.S. up 11 percent in June, government data showed Monday in a signal berlanjutnya recovery sector housing in the center of the earthquake global financial crisis.
Department of the Ministry, said new home sales rose to become one family in the 384,000 annual rate, far above most of the 350,000 private sector forecasts.
Number is 11 percent above the revised May level of 346,000, but 21.3 percent below the estimate in June 2008.
However, the sales prices fell, giving the impression the developers have cut prices to clear inventory.
