Facebook, which has become the largest social network in the world, on Wednesday, announced that the network now has 250 million active users, up 50 million in about three months.

Early April, Zuckerberg said Facebook reached 200 million active users around the world. Network that only has 150 million users in January.

Facebook, which was established in February 2004, has become a private company and bermarkas in Palo Alto, California.

Mid-July, reports spread that the Digital Sky Technologies, the Russian investors, agreed to pay 14.77 U.S. dollars for one share of stock together with Facebook, the social network so it is worth as much as 6.5 billion U.S. dollars.
