1. Do not discuss your plans to anyone in the office. Let it be your secret, until you truly accepted in accordance with the compensation you want. You can not expect your colleagues is able to keep a secret if you can not own.

2. Do not use the phone or e-mail facilities office. In some companies, supervisors have access to a computer monitor or the use of your phone. Incompetent if the act is forcing you to use it. Use only personal e-mail and phone. Exit the room if you get a phone call from the company that would like to invite you interview.

3. Do not mem-browsing on the job working hours. Search for jobs that require your clear time. Better use your lunch hour, or when supervisors are not in the office.

4. Do not use other office equipment, such as printers, paper, and ink to print the application and your CV, and check documents in a courier office. Very unfair if you use the office facilities to finance the "runaway" you.

5. Schedule the interview before or after office hours, or during lunch break. Request permission to enter the day, there would be questions raised about the presence of your superiors. If necessary, please do leave a day.

6. Note the way you dress up during the interview. If you are usually known as The Tomboy always wear pants ago suddenly appearing in the office with a blazer and skirt, colleagues and direct superiors certainly suspicious. You must want a bit troublesome. Change your interview clothes with your clothes as usual.

7. Superiors are the most people know how the quality of you as employees, but do not make your reference. You better ask a former boss who has berkarier in other companies, or other former employees who already know you well.

8. Be careful when applying for a job in a company which is a partner of your company or clients, in which most employees know you. You will not know when one of them accidentally told the supervisors that they were just interviewing you.
